Oh the Weather Outside is Frightful...

Well, not yet it isn't!

If you've watched the weather or been on any social media today I am sure you've heard that weather people across the state are calling for significant snowfall in in our area.  (At the time of this post the forecast calls for 8-14 inches at a rate of snow falling at 2 inches an hour.)

Are you looking forward to the snow or are you already wishing for Spring? IF, and that's a little if, we wind up with a snow day how are you planning on spending the day?

Bundle up and make sure your shovels are handy!

P.S. Do you wanna build a snowman?

  1. Oh no even if summer really is my season I really do love every season for its own unique reason! Winter is really good for playing in the snow with my puppies, spring is good for planting flowers, summer is good for nice warm kickball games, and fall is really good for playing in the red, orange, and yellow leafs! Even if I do like playing in the snow in my backyard this year I decided to help others by shoveling out their drive ways! Of course I will come back and play with my dogs but I will still help the others in my neighbor hood!

  2. I don't really have a favorite season but if I had to choose one it would be Spring because personally I get really sick in the winter and that means no going into the snow and no sledding for me. But when it is Spring I'm most likely to NOT get sick and I can do lots of more things when I'm not running to the bathroom every minute. If it was a snow day I would probally stay inside with a book and some hot tea to relax with.

  3. I always loved summer and its my favorite season. I love going to the beach and go body boarding. I love when I get wet in the ocean. Playing in the sand is fun too. The worst part is that when you first play in the water than go sit in the sand, the sand sticks on your body. I also love going to the amusement parks (Six Flags, Jenkinson's, etc). I always get to play in the arcade and win some tickets.

  4. I love Winter because its fun time to have snowball fights make forts and snow angels and the best part SLEDDING! Winter also is a good time to snuggle up with a blanket by the fire and read lots of books and watch a lot of movies! Winter is the time of the year where people get sick a lot but still a lot of fun happens in winter. Winter is also a family time like you have Christmas which you get to spend with your family and New year(but personally I don't really like new years!) But over all winters a great time to have fun in the snow or getting warmed up by the fire!

    1. I totally agree Zach I really love sledding in the winter too! Today I didn't go sledding but I actually had a really nice walk through my neighborhood! Winter wonderland is the perfect word to describe the way everything looked this afternoon when I went door to door shoveling everyone's driveway. It looked like a big white blanket covering everything as I walked under the trees that had snow falling of them. Even though I really do prefer the snow that sticks together I have to say that the snow today was really nice and fluffy but surprisingly really hard to walk through! hope everyone had a nice snow day and (Hopefully) plenty more to come! # Happy snow day

  5. As you know I love summer, getting tan, the beach, six flags, swimming, my birthday, and most of all SB2W! There are so many fun times that I love in the summer, but I also love the winter. Coco, movies, holidays, snow, sledding, and the most fun about both those seasons is I get to spent it with family and friends!
