New Years Eve is a time to reflect upon the year that has just ended. As an optimist (most of the time) I try to look back at the good times. What is one good time that occurred in 2104 that you look back on fondly?
This post is going to require a bit more writing. I figure at least one paragraph to tell me all about the good time you had in 2104.
-Mr. Font
One good time in 2014 was when some of room 20 went for the book talk in the summer because we got to I guess you can say reunite and finally see each other again! That was personally my favorite part of 2014 and I truly miss it! Is that any of your favorite parts about 2014??? Just wondering
ReplyDelete#BRINGBACKTHEMEMORIES!
I LOVED that as well! It's always nice to get together, have some fun, and talk books!

Yes after a while it refreshes your mind on a break!
DeleteSame I actually loved that also!!! I should've wrote about that!!
DeleteThat was my favorite part of 2014 because I wanted to not only work but work with my class again and that made me feel much better for some reason. Who is with me?
ReplyDeleteMr.Font,
ReplyDeletewhat is your favorite part about 2014 and why is it your favorite part ???

Delete-Fun Day is always a blast!
-I loved my summer trip to Disney.
-I also loved my November trip to Disney.
-I though our Biography Museum and presenting that at the Tech Expo was very cool.
-I loved exploring a new series with you and reading it as a Book Club (Benjamin Pratt and the Keepers of the School).
-Practicing for the Christmas show and Pumpkin Math are always a favorite of mine and I look forward to them each year.
So many enjoyable memories!

I can't wait to start a new year of the book club with the sisters grimm! #cantwait #startittoday!
DeleteI also liked meeting over the break (it was my idea too and I just realized that) it was nice to get to see each other and we are all used to each other so it was weird not to see you guys in the summer!
DeleteHi, my favorite part of 2014 was celebrating my 10th birthday at my camp Summer's Best Two Weeks. It was so fun to be there wiith my friends from camp and still get to see my parents for the first time in 12 days.

See, I'm telling you there's so many memories to last!
DeleteHi guys I have to say my favorite time in 2014 was sharing another year with you! We all know the stress of getting a new teacher and new classmates but this year I almost feel like the stress and the nervousness was just gone as we jumped into our 2nd year! Even thought we have only been in school for a few months now we have so many good memories like our summer shorts, making the holiday ornaments, our Grinch day with our reading buddies, and most recently our holiday show ( which just letting you know we were awesome!)! And we have so many more memories with so many more months left of school and I can' wait to explore and discover them with all of room 20!
ReplyDeleteOh Jada your so nice
DeleteJada-
DeleteYou rock! I totally agree with you! I am loving year #2 and am looking forward to everything that is still to come!

DeleteI have 2 favorite times from 2014. My first favorite time would be Christmas 2014. When I saw all the presents under the tree, I was super excited to see what I got from Santa. Also when I opened a small red box I saw One Direction tickets to their 2015 tour. I almost screamed!
ReplyDeleteMy second favorite time would be when I went to my first One Direction concert at the MetLife Stadium. It was amazing to see the boys in person. Although the girls were screaming like crazy when 1D came out. I also saw girls crying! :O Those were my favorite times I enjoyed in 2014
Those sound like some memories to remember!
ReplyDeleteThe good time I had in 2014 is when some of my dance friends and I went on a vacation to Alantic city and ocean city maryland because we had dance competitions to attend! Not only did we just dance, whas so much fun!!
ReplyDeleteWhat else did you do when you weren't dancing Caitlin ( even though if you were dancing you would be great)Just curious
ReplyDeleteI would also love to hear what do you do if you weren't dancing?? Hint hint
DeleteWhen we weren't dancing we went to a amusment park and went on the pool and beaches, we met a couple of nice smackers and we shopped!
DeleteBut to be honest, I do not have a favorite memorie of all! I loved all of the memories that I have had in 2014 and I will not forget any of tem, especially the best ones! But I know I'm going to make so many more this year 2015 too! We have a bunch of things planned for this year in 5th grade and I just can't wait to make more memories!
ReplyDeleteOne good time in 2014 was CHRISTMAS DAY! but I clearly remember the day I got my WAND! I was so proud of myself, I was EXPLODING with joy!
ReplyDeleteI love wand ceremony days! Keep working towards that bracelet!
Delete-Mr. Font
i only have three outstanding but I'm still working harder and harder.
DeleteI remember I spent my last minute of 2014 outside.
ReplyDeleteMe too!
DeleteWhat were you up to outside? Tell me your story!
-Mr. Font
One of my favorite moments in 2014 (Mr.Font you did 2104 instead of 2014) was the first time we all met over summer break, We all hadn't seen each other in a while and it was sort of like a family reunion. I was so happy to see everyone and we all had a great time. I will always look back at that time and smile. Thank you all for being there because you guys made my favorite moment of 2014. Thank you for reading
ReplyDeleteAww Zach that was such a nice comment I also loved seeing all of room 20 over summer break!
ReplyDeleteAnother one of my good memories of 2014 was when I saw some of my really good friends at the school movie night! I saw Devan, Liv and Caitlin, and Mary( I hope she sees this in Disney)! We all sat down and laughed at the movie and we also walked around! this was ONE of my favorite memories of 2014
ReplyDeleteJada-
DeleteMovie night is one of my favorite Village events and I remember seeing you all at movie night.
Wanna know a secret, there is a Village Frozen Sing-A-Long movie night in the works for late January? #SHHHHHHH
-Mr. Font
Best secret ever! I can't wait to sing with Elsa to Let It Go! So exited!
ReplyDeleteJust like Caitlin said, I have no particular memory that I can think of because I experienced so many great memories in 2014. I would be writing a 4 page blog post if I were to say all the wonderful memories!
ReplyDeleteHey Mrs. Dzugan do you have a good memory from 2014 that you would like to share? Just wondering
ReplyDeleteGosh Jada...this is a tough one...I do have three very fond memories. One is my trip to Disney with my cousin, Lori. This was her first vacation ever and I was thrilled that she wanted to go to my favorite place. Second was my trips to Disney with Mrs. Cetnar and Mr. Font. Traveling and laughing with my good friends is so much fun and on our trips I got to meet Mrs. Cetnar's daughters, who are beautiful girls inside and out. My third fondest memory is our first day back at school this year. I missed all of you and when I saw everyone back in a familiar place (our classroom), it just made me so happy. I knew we had another great year ahead of us, building even more memories. Thanks for asking Jada. I will miss how all of you always make me feel so special. Thanks for the memories...
