I hope you are enjoying your time off and are looking forward to getting back together after break. I'm looking forward to seeing you guys again! Today I started a new book and read "Entertainment Weekly". Entertainment weekly is one of my "easy reads"- it's a magazine all about movies and television shows. The magazine has stories about how many of the movies that are coming out shortly have been made. Most recently I read articles about " Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" (the new movie in the Harry Potter series), Dr. Strange (the newest movie in the Marvel universe) and the new live action Beauty and the Beast movie. It got me thinking- I LOVE the movies! I love sitting in a comfy chair with my popcorn, Pepsi, and some sort of gummy snack (either Swedish Fish, Sour Patch Kids, or Twizzlers) and entering the world brought to me by the movies.

That got me wondering, what are some of your favorite movies and WHY?
Some of my favorite movie's are Little Mermaid,American girl Grace,Pee-Wee hermans big adventure and Buddy the elf.That makes me wonder do you like any of my favorite movie's?
ReplyDeleteBuddy the Elf is one of my FAVORITE Christmas movies. Have you ever watched The Muppets Christmas Carol? That is another one of my favorites.
ReplyDeleteBeauty and the beast is my favorite movie because Belle loves books and so do I,also it is my favorite movie because Belle never gives up just like little willy in stone fox.

DeleteSome if my favorite movies are Buddy the elf cause it is extremely funny (especially the part when Buddy jumps on the Christmas tree!), Also the movie the lion king because the music,happiness and sadness,and message, last but not least... TROLLS because I just saw it and it is so good because it is hysterical and sad and it is a very cheerful movie.

DeleteSome of my favorite movies are Zootopia, McFarland USA, and the new movie I saw over break Trolls. I like Zootopia because it has alot of animals and I like animals. Also, Judy the bunny never gives up and follows her dream to be a police officer. I like McFarland USA because it is about running and I like to run. The team practices hard and wins the final race. My family watches this movie over and over again. I love the movie Trolls because the mean Bergens learned that they don't have to eat a troll to be happy. Happiness was always in their hearts. The movie had really good music too.
ReplyDeleteYou've identified some great themes in your favorite movies. I do enjoy Judi Hopps who is the eternal optimist and NEVER gives up. I am excited to see the Trolls movie because I keep hearing very good things about it.
Deletei like moves plus I went to see TROLlS. And it was AWeSOME!!! I thought the music was great and people were dancing during the movie. What move did you watch?

DeleteMy favorite movies are the Lion King, the Little Mermaid, and Zootpia. The Lion King is one of my favorite movies because it's about nauture and I like nature. The Little Mermaid because it's about the ocean and the ocean has a lot animals. I like Zootopia because it involves animals and I really really LOVE animals❤️️! Do any of you guys/girls like any of the movies I mentioned above?

ReplyDeleteBeast and Cinderella. I like Frozen because I really like Elsa's powers. I like Beauty and the Beast because It is so cool watching the magic of Beast turn into a human. I like watching Cinderella because I like when she magically changes into a pretty dress and shoes.
My favorite Movies are captain america civil war,star wars the force awakens, all dispicable me movies.
