So many people have different feelings about Valentine's Day. Some people love the day filled with friendship, love, and sweet gifts. Others feel as though the holiday doesn't do much for them.
What are your feelings on Valentine's Day?
Do you love it?
Hate it?
Don't feel strongly either way?

Well my feelings on Valentine's Day are usually being thankful even though Valentine's Day is about love. My feelings are thankful because every time I receive and card, some chocolates or just a simple note, I feel like I have people in this world who actually care about me! Even if I'm super wacky and crazy. I also feel thankful
ReplyDeletebecausd I just am thankful for the people who care and the family who love me. I love my feelings because with ought being thanked or love what else is there to you life. With ought being thanked you wouldn't have people by your side to help you threw you life. And without being loved your heart will not understand the greatfullness of having a loved one. That's my feelings on Valentine's Day!

Hi Cait, I really liked your post and how know its not just about love. I really liked how you said that you like a simple note and a box of chocolates the same way.
DeleteThanks Naomi! I really appreciate you expressing your feelings. And I was also thinking too, Valentine's Day is not just about love.
DeleteMy feelings on Valentine's day are always being nice and caring. Those are my feelings because in school when we hand out the cards I feel that everyone is getting treated equally and when everyone gets treated equally I always get more happy then I already am. I don't really consider Valentine's is full of love but I consider it as everyone gives and receives no matter what! I also feel that valentines day is a day for all thankfulness because my family and friends all tether up and have a party and tell what and why are we thankful for! I can't wait to hear what you guys have to say!

I agree Olivia, Valentine's Day is not always about love, well at least I don't really consider it as a fully love holiday.

When Valentines day comes around every year I love it because I can play cupid for my parents! I ask my Mom about what restaurants she likes and then run to my dad and give him all of the important information. When the plans are all set that they are going out I help my Mom pick out a awesome outfit and help her do her hair and make sure my Dad gets her a really nice gift! I also make sure my Dad looks very nice and that they have a curfew of 11:00 and that they have a good time! This year my sister also has plans (I know shocking) so I will probably just chill at my aunts house and enjoy valentines day with my cousins!

I don't like Valentine's Day too mush because I hate the love songs there are annoying and that you have to say your my valentine's too every one you see I find it not to mush of a holiday it was made up and that is why I don't like Valentines day.
ReplyDeleteHi. What I feel about Valentines day? I like how everyone is nice and just having fun and being around everyone. I also like the idea of giving and receiving because everyone knows it is good to receive, but you feel even better to give. Happy Valentines Day!
